We arrived to an upgraded deluxe room with a nice view and great extras, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the bridge and the beautiful Saigawa river.

The triple room was huge with amazing view, the terrace and western style beds. There were an electric kettle and fridges. The location on the river was pleasant and marvellous. In general the service was excellent!

The view from our elegant superior room was particularly nice. It included an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an individual safe, and the bed was amazing. the hotel is conveniently located right next to Kanazawa and the city center.

We stayed in a charming, quiet hotel by the Saigawa river that provided a peaceful ambiance. Our room had a stunning view of the water, and the traditional decor was lovely. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when it came to dietary preferences. Breakfast was authentic and delicious, and the facilities were wonderful.

The hotel was located far from the city center, and a cab ride could be expensive.

Loved the traditional Japanese style of the hotel, complete with tatami rooms and onsen. The terrace was a highlight, with a lovely view of the surroundings, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were a highlight, featuring delicious seasonal dishes made with local ingredients. this place provided excellent comfort and quality services.
